AI PropTech Prototype
Personal hobby projectHome Story
Paste a Zillow listing. See what the house would look like if you lived in it.
I was house hunting and noticed every listing reads the same: square footage, year built, room count, photos. None of it tells you what living there would actually be like. So I built one that tries. Paste a URL and the property unfolds — analysis, preferences, AI-generated lifestyle visions, a final take. Paced like a story, not a PDF.
I built it while house hunting. The listings are real, the visions are generated on the fly. It's a prototype, not a paid product yet, but I do think there is potential to monetize in the future. Everyone I send it to loves it.

- 01
From URL to story
The entry is deliberately simple — paste a URL, that's it. From there the property becomes the headline, not the form.

- 02
Preference capture
Two passes — first concrete features, then lifestyle visions — so the analysis later weights what you actually care about. A first-time buyer and a couple looking for forever shouldn't get the same writeup.

- 03
Feature breakdown
Each major feature gets its own moment — kitchen, layout, outdoor, safety. Image, written take, room to react. No bullet specs.

- 04
Considerations & lifestyle visions
No house is perfect. The app says so out loud — surfacing honest concerns first, then balancing them with AI-generated visions of what life there could actually look like.
